Day of the Dead Mixed Media Tin Nicho Altar

This small Day of the Dead shrine is a perfect tribute to that special person who has passed on.

The shrine centers around La Muerte from the popular Mexican game Loteria.

I painted a small aluminum tin with acrylic paint and then added several tributes. They include the Loteria card, a cross, saint charm and the word Amor (Love) in small plastic beads.

The shrine is ony 6 inches wide and 5 inches tall.
