Q: What is your return policy? A: We will gladly accept returns as long as they are shipped back to us within 14 days of purchase and in the condition they were shipped to you. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to us and or the cost of the original shipping.
Q: What method of payment do you accept? A: We accept several methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, personal checks and money orders. All credit card transactions are processed through a Secured Server and SSL connection verified daily by Authorizenet.com. Please contact us if you do not see the following in your browser while making credit card payment....https://www. This is very important because we want to assist you in paying us securely. All money orders and checks must be received within ten (10) days. We do not accept international money orders.
Q: Do you ship internationally. A: Yes, we ship internationally but only to selected regions and countries. Please contact us if you are having difficulty with your international orders and we will help you through the process. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying from us. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Q: What is your base or location? A: We are based in deep South Texas in the small town of Rio Hondo, Texas.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We use USPS for most of our shipping, but if it is extremely urgent that you receive your item we can ship Federal Express at an additional cost. Please indicate your preferred shipping option during check out.
Q: How do I track my order? A: Online Tracking is available for all shipped order. Once your order has been processed, you can findthe tracking number in the order history section of your Account once you login. Once you have your tracking number visit www.USPS.com and enter your tracking number to see the details of your order being shipped.
Q: How long does order take to process an order? A: All orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours, with the exception of holidays. This is just estimation because your payment method may delay the shipment of your product. Many of the items I make are handcrafted one-of-a-kind designs, in those instances shipping can take at least 7 to 10 days.
Q: How long does it take to receive an order? A: All orders are shipped direct from Rio Hondo, Texas. Shipping time depending on where you are located. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail usually take three to five days to arrive. International orders can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks depending on what country you live in.
Q: What shall I do if I did not receive my package in time? A: We appreciate your patience for few more days as delay will definitely occur. If you still do not receive the package, contact us, in the mean time you may go over to your nearest Post Office to check for unclaimed package which may belong to you.
